For petitions filed on or after March 15, 2022, the minimum is $1,050,000, or $800,000 in a targeted employment area (rural or high-unemployment) or an infrastructure project (<a href="https://www.uscis.gov/working-in-the-united-states/permanent-workers/employment-based-immigration-fifth-preference-eb-5/about-the-eb-5-visa-classification" target="_blank" rel="noopener">USCIS</a>).</p> <p class="b">Investors may invest directly (Form I-526) or through a USCIS-designated regional center (Form I-526E), where up to 90% of the jobs may be indirect.
